out-of-town guests)
~ Arrange for florist, photographer, caterer, luncheon chef
~ Finalize guest list
8 months ~ Individual tutorials for Haftarah and Torah chanting
6 months ~ Order invitations
~ Order Tallits, dress clothing, etc.
5 months ~ Plan for family members or friends who would like to read Torah.
4 months ~ Meet with Bat Mitzvah Coordinator and go over details of the Oneg, Kiddush, etc.
